I think Brett Favre is an amazing football player. He has a lot of heart to play all those games w/ missing a start. He even played when his dad died. Also Brett says he didn't play for the money and i agree with him because of his character. In conclusion Brett Farve is an amazing quarterback and will be remembered for a long time.

I have admired Brett Favre for a long time. He felt that he couldnt take it anymore and had nothing left to prove so he felt the need to retire. He had to retire sometime. He had so much heart that he even played football when his dad died. It takes alot of heart to do anything through that kind of emotion

I think Brett Favre should could have plyed at least two to three good more years. But once you hit a certain age in pro football especially at the quarterback position you just get beat physically Brett was one of those players who was just knocked around. Besides he is the all time touchdowns leader he has started a record 275 straight starts and has many other records. He also has a SuperBowl ring and a first ballot hall of famer

I think it is great Brett was able to play as long as he did. It's good he accepts the fact that his heart is not in the game anymore and understands that. He went out with a lot of class.

He left at the best time he could. He was just short of a superbowl victory and any thing less than that would be a loss. And their is not one person that is a fan of the NFL that would say he is one of the all time greats and that all good things come to an end. Bret Farve he had a good run

I think he had accomplished enough by playing as long as he did. not to mention he broke well over enough records to get his name in the history books. no need to keep playing and end up in the hospital from a injury I think he retired at the right time.

It has nothing to do with economics its just mainly related to the football world he will be missed in the SPORTS world and he will go down in history as one of the greatest football players ever.
