Hi, my name is Lisa Rowland and I teach JA Economics and AP Economics.

Students are expected to read a minimum of one article a week and either post one comment online, or turn in a hard copy of their comments in class.
My hope is that students will learn more about economics and gain more interest in the subject by reading and writing their thoughts on current events. The site clustrmap shows visitors from all around the globe, please email and let us know what you think of our site.

people should get to try their dream job just to see if they like it or if they should stay with their day job if people get to try their dream job than they might work better if they dont like the out come of that job because they had hands on exspierens with their dream job so why not let them try it to see if they like it or not
I think you should mentor a worker of your dream job before you actually decide that’s what your going to spend the rest of your career doing! It also helps on volunteering places that have to do with your dream job also. My dream job is to be a Veterinarian but I am also going to volunteer at animal shelters and job shadow an actual vet to see if it’s really what I want to do! So yes I think it’s very important to try out your dream job before you jump!
I also think its important to "Try out "dream job" before you jump" because if you go though years of training for a career you dont like then the training meant nothing if u dont want to persue it. It wouldnt help you persue a career if your keep trying ones you think you will admire and end up hating something you thought you would love.
There is nothing wrong with trying out your dream job. I dont see a point in not trying it. Why stick with a job that you probably dont even like. I say find your dream job and give it a try. If you feel like you will fail at your dream job then get some experience and then try it out. Never give up on your dreams
People should try out their dream job before they start it. You should go through for about a year with a mentor so they can teach you everything they know so you can be better at your job. It can also turn out to be something you don't like. so it benefits you both ways.
Maybe you should try out a job before you actually go through with it. I mean you get a full scale image in every detail about the job. It lets you decide if you really want this job. So Get there before get there.
i always say follow your dream and do what you love so that when you retire you will be happy. i ask my parents all the time that they should of had a job they both love because they both hate there jobs right now
I think its important to try out your "dream job" before you actually go for it. You don't want to spend the rest of your life doing something that you have no interest in. That's why they have things such as internships.
I think peolp should try out their dream job. If they've been wantin to do something since they were little and no to sure of the way things are done they might not like it and wanna try something new! so i think we shoutd be aloud to try them out to see if it's for us or not!
