Hi, my name is Lisa Rowland and I teach JA Economics and AP Economics.

Students are expected to read a minimum of one article a week and either post one comment online, or turn in a hard copy of their comments in class.
My hope is that students will learn more about economics and gain more interest in the subject by reading and writing their thoughts on current events. The site clustrmap shows visitors from all around the globe, please email and let us know what you think of our site.

who would pay for cornflakes when they are $50.00 a box... its is rediculous... they must be bill gates rich if they just throw money away like that... i for one would not buy them...
I think that it's ridiculous to pay $50.00 or more for a box of cornflakes when you can just buy them at the store for like to dollars. I would rather spend it on something else that could last longer.
I would not pay 50 dollars for a corn flake! Thats crazy! No matter how it looked. I think that's a dumb idea to buy a corn flake for 50 dollars!
i think that paying fifty dollars for a cornflake is crazy. Now if it was a frosted flake then i might buy it. I think that who ever bought that cornflake has to be super rich. They don't understand the value of money.
Are you serious? 50 bucks for a box of cereal. people are nuts these days i don't care if i was rich id never spend 50 buck on a box of cereal i can live without it its not a big deal to me
i would never pay $50 for a corn flake. that is the stupidest thing i've ever heard. i don't even buy them in the store when they are $3. those people are wasting their money. i would buy a new purse or something better.
A corn flake is a corn flake. Heck, you can cut a corn flake in half and make almost anything out of it. To pay MONEY, especially fifty dollars, is beyond outrageous.
I think everything in are economy is going up including the price of food ,gas ,ect.I would not pay $50.00 for and kind of food unless I am starving or its the last thing I could buy ,although I really dont care for Corn Flakes. I think everything including gas is getting rediculous!The prices need the go down !
Its ridiculous to pay $50.00 for cornflakes. Its a huge waste of money. Plus its a food item. You could just buy a box for a few dollars at a store. In my opinion, you would have to be either very rich or very stupid to do that
I give props to the girl who is trying to make a profit off of a corn flake, that is america for you but i wouldn't buy it but there will be someone who will, like i said that is america for you .
i would never buy a corn flake for $50, but i would sell one for that much.... ebay is a whole nother world
I would never pay that much for cornflakes. that is just crazy. you have way too much money on your hands if you are willing to pay that much for a box.
i wouldn't pay $50 for a corn flake neither. I mean it's a corn flake, a little piece of food that you eat for breakfast. it's not like it's going to change your life or anything. i just think it's a big waste of money.
Money is put in the wrong peoples hands. If some one is to spend 50$ on a corn flake that they need to get real. People now have to much money and not enough time to spend it on something that would have a meaning to someone or give it to a charity that would use it for something that would help someone.
im cheap im not going to lie i wouldnt spend 50 bucks on box of dang corn flakes that i would eat in a couple days its no point in buying a box of ceral thats that high just because its shaped like the state of illinois who cares what shape they are just eat it
okay think about this....hey i just bought some corn flakes for 50 bucks... now tell me how stupid you feel..haha but seriously...50 dollars could be spent on something better than some cereal that i can get for like 4 dollars...come on now get real...cereal isnt the key to happiness..
