Does The U.S. Have a Right To Gripe About Gas Prices?

Despite daily headlines bemoaning record gas prices, the U.S. is actually one of the cheaper places to fill up in the world. Do you believe we have real reason to complain?

The United States doesn't have it bad when it comes to high gas prices. $10 something a gallon is crazy! Grant it , $0.10-$0.040 would be nice but like I said, we don't have it that bad.

The United States do have reletivly cheap gas compared to most countries but most Americans still think that $3.00+ is too much for gas. Compared to the 12¢/ per gallon that Venezuela pays our gas is outragous. So compared to most countries we have cheap gas but to a few others we have expensive gas. In conclusion most Americans think that our gas is very expensive.

The US has gas prices pretty cheap compared to a lot of the world. Lower prices would be nice- but the future doesnt seem to be holding even two dollars a gallon... we've got to deal with it the best we can.

Even though gas prices are still rising at 3.50 a gallon, we sill have a right to gripe about it.... for some reason gas prices keep going up even though oil prices are going down... it think its all controled by our government

I think we do have a reason to complain because gas was way cheaper and people incomes is not as much as they were a couple of years ago

Gas is exremely too high it doesn't make sense it is going to come don to people having to ride bikes! The U.S needs to get a grip and give us a break on this because withgas prices this high our lives will be even harder than it already is.

I think high gas prices is a big problem it might be worse for other countries but we still have a right to complain if your the one spending eighty dollars to fill your tank but everyone has a choice to use gas and for most people they dont want to have to walk 25 miles a day to get where they need to be. So driving is now on the verge of being a privilage.

we have it pretty good when it comes to gas i know i would not want to pay 10 dollars for gas if i could only pay 3.45 so we are just going to have to just dill with the prices and stop complaning i mean it could be worest

I would rather pay 4 bucks than 8-10 bucks a gallon for gas. even tho when you look at it .10 cent to .40 cent a gallon would be nice i would not mind driving everywhere but still i am not complaining atleast it is still reasonably cheap, you just have to limit your driving if you have a gas hog!

Gas is so so high that you have to be doing well just to get where you need to be. People have just been getting enough gas just to get where they are going to and back.
